As a Specialty Instructor, you get to teach the most fun classes: specialty certifications! When you get tired of intro divers and open water students, specialty courses are a great way to teach more advanced scuba divers.
Specialty courses encourage the students to show high proficiency in the specialty at hand. They expect students to be very familiar with the subject, as well as with the fundamentals of scuba instruction methods.
